Attend Settlement

Settlement is the meeting where everything comes together. The Closing Officer acts as a neutral third-party, holding the seller's title and the buyer's money. Once all of the contract terms have been met, the seller is given the money and the buyer is given the Warranty Deed (which has been recorded at the County Recorder's office.)
