If you are using an real estate agent, he/she will complete an offer form called a Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC). Most homes on the Utah Multiple Listing Service sell within 3% of the asking price, so ask your agent to prepare a Competitive Marketing Analysis (CMA) and be prepared to offer a realistic price. Your agent will negotiate on your behalf and walk you through the process.</p>
