Based on years of experience and the success of our agents, @Home Realty Network ® suggests that you make the following commitments to the real estate business.
Focusing on your new career and being available full-time means that you will be more successful. A well-trained agent who is available to serve clients will always surpass the income of a part-time agent.
Schedule to attend all classes of our exclusive training program. Avoid making appointments during the scheduled courses. You will have the opportunity to learn about the industry, marketing tips, sales, and legal procedures.
Quickly develop your client data-base. Contact at least 10 people from your client base daily, either in person or by the phone. Come to Real Estate Strength Training™ with at least 200 names and addresses which you will use for your first contact mailing.
Use the tools and systems developed by the company to get off to a quick start. You may find tweaks and adjustments to customize the programs to your own liking, but at first you just need to get up and running.
Do a market study on at least 4 different neighborhoods within your first 60 days. Drive the neighborhood and learn the price of listings, under contracts, and solds. By doing this you will quickly learn the market.
Attire is extremely important! If you dress professionally, you will give a great first impression and clients will believe you are prepared to do business.
