THEATER IN UTAH COUNTY: BYU has five fully-equipped theaters offering the family year-round entertainment. Well, maybe the Monterey chicken or perhaps the roast turkey, but either way, good food always tastes better with some good entertainment. The $25 ticket price includes a spectacular performance, a scrumptious main course, spinach dinner salad, fresh-baked rolls and dessert. Mormon Miracle Pageant The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sponsor this annual spectacle each summer where a cast and crew of over a thousand capture the events of Mormon history on the hillside just below the Manti Temple. Performances begin at 9 p.m. There is seating for 10,000, as well as lawn area for the thousands of overflow crowds. The Pageant is free. The Provo Theatre Company is a semi-professional theater that offers five to six plays each season, starting in September and ending in June. During the summer months, you can enjoy a play or celebrity concert and a picnic on the lawn at the SCERA Shell theater. wasn’t for the spectacular performances. Sundance Summer Theater opens its
season at the end of June and closes at the beginning of September. In addition
to musicals, Sundance presents concerts featuring local talent and national
