course is easily accessible from I-15. The course is open, fairly flat and

and blow your game. This 18-hole course is in Midway, about 25 miles northeast

Dr., Midway It’s hard to believe
they could fit a golf course in the middle of a narrow canyon, but this 18-hole
course is right in the middle of the Hobble Creek Canyon. As you traverse
through the course you’re bound to spot elk, moose, deer and wild turkeys.
Hobble Creek is continually ranked number one or number two of the best public

Canyon Rd., Springville (801) 489‑6297 The Links at Prairie Gate has been under construction since the end of 1998. The 18-hole, championship-size course is projected for open play by Summer 2001. Designed by Ron Garl, Florida-based golf course architect with a Scottish flair, the course is refreshingly unique in style. The natural rolling topography of the land at The Ranches lends itself very well to this course. The course will be privately owned by The Ranches, but open to the public. Mountain Seven Peaks Resort Golf Course
For an inexpensive
round of 18-holes, this course in southeast Provo is ideal as a practice
course. Also, the mountainous terrain overlooks all Provo and makes for a

course for anyone looking for a little exercise. The course is shorter and more
walker-friendly. The front nine is pretty flat, while the back nine is up on a

Spanish Fork (801) 798‑9816 Named one of the top
ten new golf courses by Golf Magazine in 1997, this Johnny Miller
signature, 18-hole course could possibly be a golfers heaven. It is the longest
and most expensively built golf course in Utah. Thanksgiving Point is just off

Located in the
middle of the beautiful Palisade State Park, next to Palisade Lake and Gunnison
Reservoir is this state-owned 18-hole golf course. Hole four is Palisade’s
signature hole – 179 yards carried over a gorge. If you’re into camping,
hiking, boating and golfing and you want to do them all on one vacation,
