When you locate the right house for you, it’s time to make an offer. If you are using an agent, he/she will complete an offer form called a Real Estate Purchase Contract (REPC).  Most homes on the Multiple Listing Service sell within 3% of the asking price, so ask your agent to prepare a CMA and be prepared to offer a realistic price.  Your agent will negotiate on your behalf and walk you through the process.
