Awarded at the discretion of the President to Sales Associates and/or Staff who have made unusual contributions to the success of the company, the real estate industry, or the community.

Membership is reserved for the best of the best. Sales Associates who are the absolute top performers in our entire network will be honored with membership in this, our most prestigious club.

MILLION DOLLAR MEDALLION

Awarded to any Sales Associate who closes either $1 Million in transaction volume or $30,000 in gross closed commission in a single month.

LISTING MASTER

Awarded to Sales Associates who demonstrate listing mastery by obtaining at least one listing each month, for 12 consecutive months.

SALES MASTER

Awarded to Sales Associates who demonstrate sales mastery by writing at least one accepted sales contract each month, for 12 consecutive months.
