As unbelievable as it sounds, some agents won't even take a photo of your home to put on the internet. Most others only upload one photo, and often that is taken by a driveby contractor sent out by the MLS.
According to Realtor.com, only 8% of listings have more than one photo. I don't believe this is good representation. Your home will be one of that 8%. We will take multiple photos and load them on the Internet to really capture the interest of prospective buyers.
